Phone calls in Korean?
Let AI make them for you.
Write what you need in your own language. Your AI assistant calls in Korean — the clinic, the landlord, a repair shop, an office — and sends you the answer in your language.
- 3 free calls, no card needed
- It always says it is an AI calling for you
- Watch the conversation live and step in
- Korean numbers only, 8:00–21:00
Who this is for
The 받아요 personal assistant is for people living in Korea who can read and type, but freeze when something has to be settled by phone in Korean: foreign workers and students, spouses who moved here, long-term residents whose Korean is fine at the shop but not with a receptionist talking fast — and Koreans who simply dread making calls. You write what you need in English (or any language on this page). The AI assistant calls the Korean number, speaks Korean, and comes back to you with what was said, in English.
It is not a translator you hold up to the phone. The call happens without you, but you can watch the live transcript and send a short instruction if the conversation goes somewhere you did not expect.
What kind of calls it makes
Clinic and hospital appointments
Book a visit at a clinic, dentist or hospital, ask whether they take walk-ins, whether anyone speaks English, what to bring, and roughly what a first visit costs. The AI repeats the date and time back to the receptionist before hanging up.
Landlord and repairs
Tell your landlord or the building office that the boiler is dead, the sink leaks or the door lock jammed, and ask when someone can come. It can also call a repair shop directly and ask for a rough price and a visit time.
Public offices
Ask the district office, immigration office, health center or post office about opening hours, which documents you need and whether a reservation is required. It does not file anything for you — it asks so you arrive prepared.
Deliveries, orders and missed calls
Find out where a parcel is, move a delivery to another day, confirm a restaurant or hotel reservation, or ask a shop whether something is in stock. It can also find out what that missed call from an unknown Korean number was about.
What it will not do
✕ Emergencies
Police 112 and fire or ambulance 119 must be called by you. Both can bring an interpreter into the call. Emergency and special numbers are refused automatically.
✕ Banking and identity
No bank calls, identity checks, passwords or verification codes. Never type ID numbers or card numbers into a request.
✕ Advertising, sales and debt collection
It will not make marketing calls, sales pitches or collection calls, and it will not call a number that has asked not to be called.
✕ Filing on your behalf
It does not submit reports, complaints or applications for you. It can ask an office what you need and when to come, but the filing is yours to do.
How it works, step by step
Sign up
Your name and your Korean mobile number. The AI will say “I am calling for ___”, and the result is sent to you by text. No card is needed.
Write the request
The number to call and what to say or ask, in your language. If the other side is likely to ask for something — a date of birth, an address — the screen asks you for it before dialing.
The AI calls in Korean
Between 8:00 and 21:00 Korea time, Korean numbers only. It opens by saying it is an AI assistant calling for you and repeats dates, times and prices to confirm them. You can watch live and send a short instruction.
Get the result
What was agreed, what to bring and what to do next, in your language — plus a Korean summary and the full conversation. If the place calls back, the AI answers and relays the message.
It answers calls for you, too
If the place calls back, your AI assistant answers, takes the message and sends it to you in your language. A personal number that the AI always answers for you is coming soon.
Price
3 connected calls are free, with no card registration. The regular price will be decided after looking at the results of the trial, and nothing is charged until it is set. Only calls that actually connect count toward the three.
Frequently asked
Does the other side know it is an AI?
Yes. Every call opens with the assistant saying that it is an AI calling on your behalf, and calls are recorded. This is both a legal requirement in Korea and the reason receptionists tend to speak clearly to it.
What if the clinic asks something I did not write down?
The AI only answers from what you gave it. If it is asked for something missing, it says that it was not given that information and notes it in the result so you can follow up. While the call is live you can also type a short instruction in your language.
Can it call outside Korea, or at night?
No. It calls Korean numbers only, between 8:00 and 21:00 Korea time. A request outside those hours is declined — send it again in the morning.
